    91 Octane is ethanol free. I ran into a Richmond IL police officer at the pumps and asked if he was smuggling gas too. He said no he is saving the taxpayers thousands of $$. Gas tax way lower in WI. Richmond is in IL on the border. 229 SOUTH RD GENOA CITY,WI 53128
