Man, don't know what caused that but try running this stuff through your system:

Ran it in my system for a long while after I replaced the OE radiator on my '95 this past summer/fall. Will run it...
The only issue with your current radiator is the extra heater hose fitting? If that's the case just buy a new silicone cap instead of a rubber one. It is obviously much more than the rubber caps but you won't be replacing it any time soon...
So how'd it go?
Also have a 95 and replaced the EGR valve and solenoid this Sunday; ACDelco 214-2286 and 214-329 respectively. Also picked up the hard vacuum tubing at O'Reilly for about $7. Three feet was enough to replace all the hard lines. Runs super smooth now.
Had failed smog this past...
The 95s have a different AC/heater control panel than the 96+ models. On the 95s I believe they're soldered in or just a pain to replace. The 96+ units have the twist sockets and are easily replaced.
I have a 95 and I'm trying to come up with a harness to connect the two connections the 95s...
Should be T1.5 bulbs. I think the 95 units are a bit harder to get into compare to the 96-00 units though.

Common issue. Changed mine out bout two years ago but can't recall exactly what the issue was. Definetly wasnt the rod as thats what I first suspected but problem was fixed with a new interior door handle.
I can tell you with 100% certainty that ACDelco 15-72266 is the part you will need for a 95. Updated to match the innards of the 96-99 units which don't have issues the 95s did.
Also the G80 and G90 codes mentioned earlier are for axle descriptions, not drum sizes.
G80...
Maaan, how 'bout you put this sale on hold and I'll give you a call by end of year? :signs8:
Would have picked this up in a heartbeat if I didn't have some pressing financial issues at the moment.
Good luck with sale though!
Derek, yes the biggest issues with the TBI was the restrictive exhaust and back pressure. You can absolutely replace the y-pipe and fix that. Something like this will work: https://www.amazon.com/Flowmaster-Y250300-Scavenger-Collector-Primary/dp/B001NRXA2O
If you haven're placed the cat already...
If you can find them at a junkyard or online the forged lower control arms from a 98-99 K2500 will also work and be an improvement.
Forged compared to cast, utilize a larger ball joint and tighter turning radius. Last i checked you can find a quality pair for $150. You will just need to purchase...
FYI, just seen this today:
