Why I am asking is due to hearing and reading various opinions because of the high mileage. Even when I first bought it I was skeptical because you hear mixed opinions on this topic. But I posted on here due to the history of this model transmission.- Denali GMC 87

Hello guys. I know I'm probably going to get possibly mixed responses. But I'm going to ask anyway. My 2008 Denali xl awd has 231k miles, bought at 219k miles. Seems to shift great and no issues. I put roughly 5k and year on it and have owned it 4 years. I have changed all the other driveline...- Denali GMC 87

AGM battery in 2011 Denali?
Hello folks. I have a 2011 yukon denali xl. Would it be OK to use the AGM style battery in it? I've read mixed opinions? Don't see what it would hurt. Thanks.- Denali GMC 87

Hello fellas. Had a quick question. I got 2 ac Delco oil filters through Walmart. Of course they always seem to be out of these filters. Anyway. Did they change the 8 digit part number for retailers? Also did they change the design?- Denali GMC 87

Towing a trailer
Hello fellas. Got a question. Got a 2011 yukon denali xl awd. What is the largest camper I could tow with this vehicle. The one I was looking at weighs 7555 pounds. It is the Kodiak Ultimate 3321BHSL. Any experience is welcome. Thanks.- Denali GMC 87

Oil pump
No shaking idles like a Swiss watch. I have read about it reading low of course researching. But I guess my next question would that be a bad thing if I did down the road installed the high volume high pressure pump?- Denali GMC 87

Yes the needle goes up past the 40 psi. I have read that the pressure is low at idle. But when setting at a light tonight it seemed really low. However it is really hot and muggy and figure that may be why? Again, it did go back up to normal. I'll have to see if my scan tool will show that I...- Denali GMC 87

Oil pump
Got a question. My 2008 denali xl 6.2 with 222k oil pressure at idle read half way between zero and 40 at a stop and the goes past that once you start moving. Is that normal, I know it's been really hot and muggy weather also. Should I consider maybe throwing a new one in and also would it hurt...- Denali GMC 87
