    excellent info. Ive seen several slim sub boxes that can probably fit in the same location as the stock. Anyone know the measurements for the factory sub box? Also, how much room do we have where the factory amp is as I would like to remove that one and add the aftermarket amp there.

    Hello all, just want to give a quick update on this. Escalade is still running strong. Black bear tune and all. Havent had an issue. I do my regular 3 month oil change. Escalade is ran pretty much 7 days a week unless im driving my crown vic, 40 miles a day. Just wanted to throw this out there.

    I did update the firmware on the pioneer after this issue started. That didnt solve my issue. The pac i have has no usb. Atleast the one i have. I hate issues like this. Everything works flawlessly for about 2 years then boom.

    You are correct, with the oem radio which is what I'm running now, the back up camera works flawlessly. Its a very odd situation.

    connection issue but where? Why would it work with a cheap after market camera and why does the camera work with the oem head unit?

    I wish the settings was the issue. Ive tried everything. The fact that the $15 cam I bought worked and not the oem back up cam has me baffled. Settings were the same on both pioneer head units.
