    The injector seals go bad on the L83/L86. The let air by causing a rough idle. This can feel worse if you have a bad driver side engine mount.     I know it’s been a minute. So it’s definitely the driver side motor mount. My next question is what replacement part should I use. I’m okay with buying an original GM part ($110) because the original lasted 140k unless anyone has any other suggestions?
