Find a lawyer who is "into" cars!! They will understand you and enjoy the case-and get good results.
You may be settled after a letter (on lawyer's letterhead) to dealership and copy to GM and maybe EPA.
Honestly, you are spinning your wheels. I had a much more clear cut situation - and was very polite with GM - and they were very "nice" with me - BUT - nothing worked because even when an arrangement was made, the dealer would not cooperate. They would not even give me the parts for me to do...

Yup, my '13 had right near 100k and a little warranty-but needs nothing - I put around 5k miles on it and its an improvement over the 08.. slight, but there and rides well and tight. I still haven't cleaned all the "shale dust" off of it!

If all those are covered, then OK to pay down loans...otherwise, it's the easiest funds you can borrow to "start your life" !!!

not that big of a deal unless its a 4x4
around 5500 pounds..much more with full fuel but usually that's just at launch.
It's a 1980 32' Cobra Open Fisherman with old 200 Mercs and plenty fuel capacity, not a lightweight lol!
