Yeah, you want to read and understand all the contracts you sign.
Nonetheless it’s sneaky and underhanded if they don’t highlight that during the deal making.
If I was presented a contract like that I’d just strike through the offending paragraph before signing. Or no deal. Most consumers are...
Have you had any work done in a shop lately? Hourly rates are north of $150/hour in most places now.
You are correct I’m sure, that DIY would save a bunch. If a person can handle the gear setup, which as you say isn’t brain surgery. But it is fussy and requires precision and patience and may be...
My dash was in bad shape when purchased, and my observation was akin to @Rocket Man , the material in many places was brittle and so weak that my attempts at repair were just enlarging the damage as often as not.
I bit the bullet and replaced it with a new one as well as the part in front under...
I had the H3 which was factory equipped with 33’s and 4.56 using the same transmission. It was great. And still capable to cruise at freeway speeds all day long.

You will just have RWD and that’s going to wipe out the AWD transfer case.
I use most often a NAPA gold filter, but I’m not against alternatives. I don’t ever buy the cheapest filter in any brand line because they won’t have the better valves and media.
Whatever oil is on sale/ cheaper with the Dexos certification.
Most important thing, IF you’re one of those who...
I researched this over on BITOG a few years back when I bought a new GM vehicle, and the consensus was the Dexos spec is so tightly written that brand was irrelevant. So I‘ve since bought by that certification label for GM engines and I don’t discriminate on brand.
I’m familiar with that Ram...
Not big enough, LOL. Would you believe the kids in the detail shop tried to skip waxing the roof? But I wasn’t born yesterday, so I always check on top. All they did was screw themselves out of a nice tip, if I hadn’t had to point out that “oversight“.
And yeah, they had ladders in the shop.
