Soo after installing yet another MC, and bleeding it properly (not pushing too far) it seems the brakes have greatly improved. I believe they are as good as they should be now. What a mess. Maybe I will need to try another MC, as I don't know if it has been damaged now. The truck no longer has ABS, that has all been removed. I did do a 2 man bleed, with my helper holding the container with the hose in it, while controlling the bleeder as i pushed the pedal. Zero air...- alex s

Yes the rear brakes have been adjusted and i believe are as close as they can get. I have never heard that if the pedal touches the floor it will damage the MC. If that is true then that could be the culprit? Hopefully not, as that would be the second MC i have put on. I was thinking this...- alex s

Yes I bench bled the master cylinder before installing. The brakes were bled by me pushing the pedal, while a clear hose was on the bleeder, that hose was going into a bottle full of brake fluid. One wheel at a time.- alex s

I agree. The wheels are already turning as to what exactly I am going to put in there. That is an awfully big gap for a rock or something to fly into.- alex s

Not long at all really. Just took the grill off and used a soldering iron to melt the plastic one at a time where the slats attach to the grill.- alex s

White Interior update
True enough. I used to have a Lincoln Town Car that had a white leather interior. I always kept baby wipes in the car, and used them almost daily to wipe down the seats and armrests to avoid getting filthy. Yours looks great. -

Wow TBH I have never seen such a setup. That's awesome though. Definitely worth considering. I'm sure I will do something else to the exhaust eventually, I do miss the rumble.- alex s

About a week ago I hacked off my factory exhaust, replaced the muffler, and added just a turn-down. After my first long trip I regretted it.
