I was thinking the same thing..so I found a new 2001 - 02 Silverado HD hood someone is selling on craigslist. I dont wanna get burned so im trying to find out if it's OEM or not. Where i'm at I dont think i'll have trouble with the law but to be on the safe side i'll start to look into that...- 351cougarman

I know just because you can doesn't mean that you should so with having said that, I have a plug on a set of 22x14 Fuel wheels. They were on a 03 Silverado with a 6" inch lift. I like the stuffed look like in the pic below...- 351cougarman

It's working now after going straight to fuse box only thing is that the MS8 display screen cuts off and on and im also getting that noise through the speakers like I have a bad ground connection. I'm in the process of doing this mod to my NBS Tahoe non Bose and ran into a problem. I have a JBL MS8 and I'm using it's aux port to the tab 3 as my radio. after stumbling across this thread I went to work with the install. My problem is that I'm not getting any power to the MS8 or anything...- 351cougarman
