well to be honest with you i'm not sure if it 2wd or 4dw but i know for sure its under 50K miles

okay wow under 50k miles on a 95 the mileage is so low thatd id be a tad suspicous and throughly check it out because if its only got that many miles on it its been setting somwhere along time

If it was 4WD it would have a manual floor shifter wich youd find next to your right leg if you were sitting in the drivers seat

yeah sorry i forget to mention it was kept in garage until 2013 when the owner return to Iraq.
I think its 4wd because its have double axles i looked under it just now

Yes but 10k iraqi dollars don't equal 10k US dollars. Without knowing exact figure it could very well sell for 3-5k US dollars

oh my bad dude ididnt reallize we were talking iraqi dinars
actually i think its less beucase when i was deployed we confiscated like 50k in dinars and someone told me that was like 1500 us i dont know if he was bullshitting though

Yeah and I have NO idea what the conversion rate is. Just throwing that out there. You are right, though, about the price point and where it should be priced if it was here in the US. Some people will overpay in silly amounts just cuz of low miles.
