Brake lights not working

MY 2002 Tahoe's brake lights dont work, the third brake light works, but the tail brake lights wont. The bulbs are fine...... im lost.

Already have. If it were the fuse the third brake light would not work.

Actually, the 3rd brake will still work if only fuse #17 (stop lamps) is blown because the chmsl and taillamps are on individual circuits, fuses 16 and 17 under the hood.
