Hey guys, i just picked a 2009 slt 4x4 yukon. Hard loaded with nav, roof, and air ride. Anyways i'm having the hardest time finding threads or any google images of these things. As in white yukons appericance mod thread with levelling kits, biggest tires on stocks, inside and out appearance mods, best performance mods etc like the trucks and tahoes have. Are the yukon's just not as popular? I love seeing pictures to see thing i want to do. Can some post links to anything i haven't found or pics?

I have added tint, and have a 1.5 front spacer coming. Plans are to add polished gmc 20s and stock size bfg k02 all terrains. Intake and i already have a bully dog tuner from my z71 sierra i sold to get this.

Thanks

U can add a denali roof rack if u decide to keep it, I just finished wrapping my woodgrain with 3m carbon fiber, there are a few guys that have leveled them off that will chime in amd help u out. I have mine lowered 2 3 on 22 with helper bags when I tow, was tired of the lifted look.

Welcome Sarge, most visual mods are limited to (from what I've seen):

  • Debadge
  • Grill Update
  • Painting of non-painted parts
  • Updating Exterior Roof Rack, Mirrors, etc.to Denali/Escalade components

Looks good, mine is the light color tan so carbon fiber would look good i dont think on mine. I think i wanna match the around the radio brushed steel look where the wood grain is. Where can you buy wraps for them?

285/55/20 possibly a 295/55/20 with some trimming. Look threw the lifted section and you'll see a bunch of leveling threads threw there

I have my interior wrapped with black brushed steel vinyl. It comes in a few other colors including an silver brushed steel. Just get on ebay there are a ton of choices. I suggest getting the 3M vinyl.

I just made a thread with new pictures of my 285/55/22s. Leveling kits and helper bags. Also de molded, valence removed, steps removed, headlights, exhaust. It's a 07 Denali.

Just saw it, looks good. Do those headlights look cheap in person? Better light output than stock? Ive seen them online. Going to demold it soon, remove valence after my 2'' front leveling kit comes in, and remove step rails. Gotta find some wheels and a/t tires haha

@Sarge, i have a 2,5'' front lift and 1.5'' rear. I am running a 275/60/20 which is 33x11x20 and it doesn't rub and really sits up there compared to stock. I left my running boards and valance on to protect my door paint and because i wasn't sure of how I felt with the valance off.

Performance wise get an mbrp cat back exhaust and an intake of your choice.

I would also take the molding off your doors, and the emblems too and then get upper and lower denali grills. Should look perfect with those factory 20's.

Any lift questions just ask.

They look just as good as stock and do not give off the cheap look. I would eventually like to get a set of custom projects in stock housing from blackflame. They look the best and they can color match them for you.

I have a 2009 Yukon. 4wd. Lifted 2.5 in the front. CCM Leveling kit. 1" in the back. Denali 20" rims. Running 275/60/20s. Cooper discover tires. Superchip tuner. Cold air intake. Corsa cutback exhaust.

Love it. Floats through fluffy sand like a boss.

Hi Sarge,

Where did you get the vertical bumpers on yours? I kind of like that look.

Thanks,
Eggs.
