Im looking to do shorty headers on my 2001 tahoe. It has 205,000 miles on it. I am wondering if I will run into any problems throughout the install.

From what I have ever seen no... from a performance aspect they are not worth it.

Question for you. Why are you considering shorties over long tubes?

Well I dont really have the tools and the money for the long tubed. I would want long tubes over short but I guess Ill stay with stock manifolds for now.

What tools are different? if you buy one with a Ypipe then it bolts up to the stock catback...
