Ya it needs a cleaning badly, no denying that. What do you recommend to clean it? Ive tried using some cleaners before a while go but it just didn't do the trick.
I normally just wipe it down using a bunch of clean shop towels

I would use purple power and let that soak for a while then power wash everything there trying to avoid the coils, air filter, and other sensitive components

I just clean mine every once in a while with some wet towels and it doesn't get too bad. But I also hardly go out in the dirt so it's easier. As long as you stay on top of it it's a quick job. But if it hasn't been cleaned in a few years it will end up being an all day affair.

Side note: I had the 9000th post on this thread haha.

Looked at this beautiful 05 yesterday but decided I need something with better fuel efficiency for a daily instead. 152k, aftermarket touch screen, rear DVD, wheels, and 3rd row for under $10k

Got all my shrouds trimmed and fitted for my quad retrofit. Also painted the housings black, just no pics. Almost ready to put the lens on and call them done.

Reprogrammed most of the modules to the latest calibrations, and reset my tire size in the ABS module again. I keep playing with tire sizes to balance out a full wheel arch and power/braking efficiency.

Looking good! I've been thinking about doing something different with my grille too.

Got my brakes working after cycling the abs pump to get air out of the system. Also, after ~4000 miles I drained my catch can for the first time. Good to see it works & good to see how much oil I'm not gunking up my engine with...
