Picked up the new ride this week couldn't be more pleased. Found this site after deciding on a new Tahoe, lots of great info to be found. The tire size, rims and CCM leveling kit were a result of cruising this site, the other extras were some mods I wanted. Check it out and let me know what you think...

Looks great. Did you do the CCM install yourself or did you bring it to a shop? If you brought it to the shop, how much did it cost ya if you don't mind me asking? I like the color matched mirrors and handles and the LTZ 20's!!

I had my mechanic install the lift, took him aabout 2.5 hrs he figures he could do it in half the time next time around. Callaway installed a few other items...

Oh ok i'm thinking about doing the same but not sure as to how much it's going to cost. How much did the mechanic charge you to install the CCM kit? Did you get an alignment afterwards?

The mechanic works for me, but I would think any shop could do the install in less than four hours...

Tires are Cooper Zeon LTZ 305/50/20, very slight rubbing on the front driver side when in reverse. I plan on trimming a little piece of the plastic tire well. We have a set of the Coopers on another car and have been very pleased with low noise and decent wear.

those Coopers look really good. I like the look on the 20's. I tried Nittos and didn't like the look...but those, WOW! Sharp as heck
