you dont paint the powder...you can get almost any color powder you can think of. the common colors (black, white, silver) are the easiest to match. i painted the grill, the upper cap, and bottom valence black to match.

i also bought that lower extension from the dealer for 35 bucks and painted it as well. i love the look. i had the SS bumper on there before but wanted a more stock look. this fits the bill.

you get just the chrome powdercoated, or chrome and plastic bumper cap on top? Yours is exactly how I want my front to look (didnt see rear but I'd imagine it looks the same).

Surprised you went back to stock. I always thought your hoe with the SS always looked sick.

It looks nice. So what else are you gonna get powder coated? Can they pc the whole truck? Instead of pain that will chip. And how much loot would that cost?

it cost me 175 for 2 bumpers. i cant imagine what doing the whole rig would cost. its a lot more resilient than paint for sure

just remove the bumpers and pop off the trim. rear bumper is 12 15mm bolts and 3 trim pieces. the front it even less bolts and the top piece pops on and the bottom valence is held on with plastic push pins. its not hard to get off.

Do you have to get the bumpers de-chromed for them to powdercoat? Cuz I thought you can't powdercoat chrome? I've always wanted mine white.

I was told it had to have the chrome removed by the person that was initially going to powder coat mine.

Yeah, you don't powder coat over chrome. A powder coater should be able to do the media blasting and prep. Like MrBalll stated. Btw, Ryan, Powder coating your bumpers white would set it off. I would definitely do it to your truck.

Thanks. I'll have to get that done soon. Gotta call around.
