I like the last set and I'm thinking of buying it soon. Like you I would like to know how these lights are. If not, then I'm still gonna get me a set.

My grandfather had the first set on his Tahoe. I have some kinda like that, just not the Halo style.

The quality is ok. I've heard that they leak water though

With the black housings, the light output is not going to be great- less than stock- because they don't have the reflective housing. And don't get the led halos- they suck. Most people around here don't really like em but if you really want halos get the ccfl halos. Here's a pic of my ccfl's.-

all the blacked out housings will give poor light output compared to the normal chrome housings.

could always throw on a set of good quality driving lights and use those as your headlights if your dead set on the "blacked out" look. i would honestly grab a set of TYC chrome ones and be able to see at night.

If you get some smoked lights then go and get hid lights because you won't be able to see shit. I have smoked headlight covers and I can barely see the hids with the cover and couldn't see 1 foot away or less with the halogen bulbs.

Ok. Im getting my headlights off of eBay and they run around $100. Alot of people say that eBay sells cheap crappy car stuff but I have to say differently. They work good and cost less than alot of places and actually last. I got my custom tail lights off of eBay for only $50 and they look good and not even crack with this Texas heat. Just my 2 cents tho

Ha, my ccfls cost me $130 plus $30?? shipping and they came with the bumper light housings (haven't installed them yet because they are the diamond cut style and I don't really like them) too. Not a bad price imo. And I would take heed to what 96procomp said.

Some others have had terrible experiences with ebay but I've had pretty good luck with it. For example, I bought some rain guards for my windows and one of them broke so I contacted the seller, told them what happened, and they sent me the rear pair no charge and no questions asked. Usually, you get what you pay for but sometimes you can find awesome deals and if you have any problems, contact the seller and they're usually pretty good about helping out. If you're skeptical, stick with the brand names.
