revamping my 2001 yukon

This is actually a pretty good kit. If anyone was in the market for strobes then pick these up. Good price too. I bought the same thing about 8 years ago for my dad's shop's plow truck. My brother and I put them in on a saturday. My dad ended up using it for 2 years, sold it, and bought it back a few years later and the strobes still worked perfectly. Very bright too.

whats up guys not much to report is too cold down here in the south but i did manage to prep the skirts for painting.and thats about all

well i got the other side done here are a few pics. now i need some damn sun so i can spray the truck, and i think i'm gonna do a 3/5 drop and get some 26's.... and i still got the two quarter panel end pieces left to put on but i need to paint the truck first

very nice bro, love your work. them rims look out of place now, lol you need some black wheels to go with ur theme overall though truck coming along nicely

yeah i know what you mean, i'm trying to sell them but i can't even give them away, i should be getting some 6's soon i guess i'll trade mines hopefully i'll get
something for them

just a quick update. we're going to be in the 60's down here in GA. so i'm going to spray the yuk if everything goes right for me. so im going to get all i can done from now till saturday so all i got to do is spray, here is what i got done

wow you painted the truck right in your garage that's cool.. I can tell by the wet floor so you don't get dust.

yeah i wet the floor to keep the dust down but i still got some dirt in the paint but i will take all that out when i wet sand it in a few days but the paint came out real good im happy with it

and the reason i didn't paint the front doors, is because there was nothing wrong with them, so i didn't want to mess with them less work i got to do later. on the back doors and front fenders ,they had the paint rubbed off by the fender flares

well my turn out good but i still dirt in the paint but wet sanding will take care of that problem, i'm gonna let it dry for a few days and wet sand and make look like a mirror :rocking:
