ddm 5202 hid kit help!!!

hello i don't really post a lot but defiantly read a lot of the post...anyway i recently bout a 5202 hid kit from DDM tuning but they did not send instructions on how to install them...i have done the headlight but for some reason i do not know how to connect the HID 5202 fog kit to the OEM power supply, also there is a red and black wires coming out of the HID bulb setup it self with metal tabs that i don't know where to plug, I've tried to put them into the OEM power supply slot but they do not fit...i also bought the HID harness and Error Eliminator, i have tried to contact DDM tuning but they have not got back to me yet and i know a lot of people have installed this kit onto there Yukon so if someone can give me some help i would really appreciate it...thanks a lot...

I just installed the same kit into my tahoe
First note is after you install your hid's only run them for 10 min and check to see if they are starting to melt the housing. Mine do after 10 min. Some of the others on this forum say they dont have this problem. I have the ddm 35w 6000k 5202 bulbs

You have three options in my opition.
1) you can cut off the stock harness and crimp or soilder in the extra ddm wire harness that comes with kit. On the factory fog wire the purple wire is positive and black is negative. (get a volt meter to double check)

2) Same as number one but dont cut off the stock wire harness, Just tap into it so down the road if you wana use stock bulbs the factory harness is still usable.

3)With the extra wire harness with the metal prongs, you can jam each wire into the stock wire harness(Stock wire positive = purple. Negitive=Black) And them tape them up good so they dont come loose or get wet.

Option 2 is the best way to go if your looking for a long term solution and you will also still have the abliltiy go back to stock bulbs if you change your mind.

at first it seem like it wont fit but it will, its hard to explaine but there is 2 places where you can incert the metal prong, they fit in the 2 outter holes. just make sure you tape it up good so no water gets in there and corrodes the wires. Also its alot easyier to remove the fog light housing. Reach around under the bumper and push the 3 snap connectors out. This way you will be able to work on the wire a lot easier and also put the bulbs in the sockets properly.

Most people just use a wire tap to tap into the oem wires. That makes for a pretty clean connection.
