Just looking at configuration web site. In past when you specked out a tahoe hc, comes stock 6.2 gas, when you add the 3.0 it was a $1,500 savings now it costs an additional $500 over. $2,000 spread. Correct me if I’m wrong?

Nah... Lower trims more like utility/work vehicles, Owners may desire the diesel for longevity, mileage, and other diesel like factors.... So you're going to pay for it.GM knows how many they can make of each engine.. i expect the cost is to get where they need to be.
You ordered without knowing the pricing? That's interesting GMC is still offering discounted price for the 3.0l and Chevy isn't. I just ordered a 2027 Yukon today. No pricing yet. I wonder what it'll be now seeing that. Not a deal breaker for me though.
Just looked at 2026 Silverado 1500 B&P and the discounted 3.0l is still there.
Sure, why not? It won't be much different than this year and I am able to get supplier discount so no negotiation. The dumb thing will be Escalade expensive. I'd order an Escalade but they don't offer towing packages or the diesel. So, I went with the Denali Ultimate. You ordered without knowing the pricing?
Is there no negotiating past supplier discount? When we were haggling on our Yukon they gave me a discount based on my employer. I forget if it was supplier or end user. We were able to get another $1k off by showing them an estimate we got from a competing dealership. I figured that was about all they would go down as it took quite a while to get to that point and I was getting sick of the "game". About $5k off sticker total and decent trade in on my Wife's Wrangler.Sure, why not? It won't be much different than this year and I am able to get supplier discount so no negotiation. Supplier discount price is right on the invoice. I have to provide a PIN to get it.Is there no negotiating past supplier discount?
