Wheel change consideration

My stock wheels are 17 x7.5, 31mm offset. Looking at some marketplace 2023 Colorado Zr2 wheels for sale, 17x8, 24mm offset. Google AI says no worries. Any clearance concerns with this small change. I would get an alignment for sure, but any longterm suspension concerns with this new geometry? Cheers.

I 'believe' that you will be OK, as the changes are small.

I would skip the alignment. (unless you needed one previously)

Thanks for the feedback. I will be doing the .5" strut spacer to correct driver side lean as well. I will see how she behaves after any changes before investing in alignment. Appreciate you.

You are changing the geometry of the way that the truck sits and drives with that shim. Get an alignment, if you put that shim in.
