Well, I'm sure it got "rebooted" as the whole overhead console and homelink had to be reprogrammed again. And of course, they cleared any latent codes, etc. Even if pulling the negative "Fixes" it, it doesn't solve the underlying issue of what's causing it. I've seen posts of people who have had it fixed once and seem to be fixed, and I've seen posts of people who have been in repeatedly and actually lemon lawed their vehicle over this. It has also been happening in Silverado's and Sierra's regularly.. same issue.

You can select the source using the steering wheel controls…just hit the left/right arrows till you get to music, then press the wheel to select, then roll to your desired source, then press the wheel again.
I took your advice and started fiddling around with the steering wheel controls more frequently. Now I can navigate the music settings using the controls to switch back and forth with the radio and blutooth. It seems like the system prefers it that way, because I've used the vehicle a dozen times since then, and it maintained the last audio function I last listened to after I exited the vehicle, instead of defaulting to blutooth upon startup.

After a couple weeks, using the steering wheel controls becomes 2nd nature, and using the touch screen becomes more inconvenient! And the up side is you don’t take your hands off the wheel!!

On my 21 Premier Tahoe the lift gate does not open sometimes when I touch the physical button on the lift gate or the hands free kick. It makes the beeping sound but nothing happens. Usually I have to hit button on lift gate a few times and give a pull and then it works. Will mention next time I take to dealer but don’t remember seeing others with this complaint.

our 22 Z71 does this….press the physical button on the lift gate, it beeps and actually clicks open but doesn’t move much past being unlatched….press it again and it opens fully

New 22 Denali owner and my AM/FM radio doesn't work for some reason. Ive had it about 2 months and just noticed. We have Sirius and use Spotify 100% of the time which is why we haven't noticed, but it's still strange. When you hit the media button the options for both are "greyed out" if that makes sense, like it's not an option to choose, and when we do all we get is static.
You haven't installed some LED bulbs have you? They cause radio interference sometimes

Interference is sometimes caused by the loose ground connection or spark plug boots not seated properly but... there are quite a few people on FB complaining about radio interference/static, so it is very likely an issue with the design and of course dealers "cannot hear any static" when people bring the trucks in.

I noticed that every random thread here seems to include a main topic on something which is eventually followed by a series of posts a few pages later that occasionally talks about someone's ride having a problem. Not major issues, but little ones that don't require time in the shop. I thought it would be interesting to create a universal thread on the quirks and issues you experience in your daily driven Yukon/Tahoe, to share them with everyone here in hopes of finding a solution that others may have. If it's a common problem that others can relate to, maybe it can be discussed and resolved here.

I'll go first...

In the 2 months I've owned my Yukon AT4, I occasionally hear a "thud" behind the driver's seat, as if a bowling ball hit somewhere behind me when I'm driving alone. Nothing moves around back there, it only happens once a day, and I don't feel any vibration in the floor when it does happen. I thought it might be the sliding rear seat, but it takes some muscle to slide them back and forth because of how stiff they are on the sliding track. And my kids never adjust the seats either. Very strange.

If its more like a clunking noise: Flip both 2nd row captain chairs over, drive and see if the noise still exists. Or look underneath the 2nd row seats and zip tie (or velcro) all the tension cables together. They tend to hit against the seat frames

It hasn't happened in a while, so I suspect that it probably didn't lock into place. I've moved the seat several times since then.

On a side note, I did manage to break my rear cargo floor door yesterday. While trying to align my new rims in the cargo area for better access to the rear passenger seats, one of the rims' weight was too much and it snapped the hinge on that floor compartment door (right side), causing the floor door to slide around loosely an inch on all sides. The door still works and its still anchored to the floor, but the hinge is now loose because that tab snapped off... Hah, I'm destroying my Yukon and I haven't even had it 3 months yet.

This isn't so much a problem with our yukon per se but when I go to wash it my pressure washer spray opens the rear hatch when I hit the backside. I have to lock the vehicle and put the key in my shop away from the truck for it not to happen. My pressure washer is commercial grade beast and apparently the stream of water can easily depress the button to open the hatch. That's hitting it from at least a foot away too. Catches me off guard every time

Stiff Pressure washing is pretty damaging to the finish on your vehicle. Maybe not carwash brush hard, but not far behind it. It's not a piece of farm equipment. I can microfiber mitt wash and chamois dry mine in 30 min if I stay right with it, and it looks showroom with no finish damage...

I know in my canyon owners manual it says if using car wash pressure sprayers that you need to stay at least 18" away from all painted surfaces and at least 12" from tires and wheels or risk damage to paint or tires. I dont know car wash pressures on their sprayers, but many of the gas powered ones are upwards of 3000 psi or more. Take great care when using pressure washers. I reread your post, and yours being high powered, look to see if you can find a different tip and spray pattern to help disperse the pressure a bit more, and stand back farther from your ride as you spray it down. If your paint would happen to get cracked or scratched those paint sprayers have enough force to peel paint off if your ride, very quickly.

22 Tahoe Z71 -- my headlight sensor was bad from the factory (headlights would come on in bright sun). Even though there was a trouble code for the sensor they still didn't believe that there was a problem... took almost 2 days, and an escalation to the service manager to convince them that this 100% repeatable problem was actually a problem. Thread on this problem here: https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/question-about-the-headlights.133415/post-1675350

Also, my Z71 badges on the front quarter panels are coming off. The double sided tape isn't sticking. Dealer ordered new badges, hopefully they will let me install them myself, because i don't trust them to get it right, or maybe i'll just delete them and keep the new ones in the glove box for when i sell it.
Replaced the sensor but nothing happened :( or they said they did and did not… I have trust issues with the dealerships.

This morning as I was parked, a gust of wind caught my driver's door....
It slammed a bit.... The door switches now are lower in the surface.... Hard to use...
I hope just some mount bracket diss-loged? Tomorrow I'll try to pop off the switch cover and see what happened?? I guess the switch cover pops up with a careful screw driver??

I dropped mine off at the dealer Wednesday for them to fix the loose rear view mirror, the rear wiper intermittently won't turn on (I know they won't fix this), I get the service leveling system error like once every 6 months (I hope a software update for this). Front park sensors since almost new say "clean parking sensors" one looks like it is slightly caved maybe a rock hit it just right if they don't offer to fix for free I will fix myself.
