I found a 21 denali, with the diesel that actually isn't sold. I wanted the premium package, but thats not happening. Due to the diesel constraints now, I'm thinking I should go ahead and get this one as there is no telling when/if they will build them again. Will I be unhappy without the advanced tech package, or is that something I won't even notice since I've never had those things to begin with?

If it isnt the spec I want, I wouldnt buy it. Regret of a vehicle not being what you want is a very expensive endeavor.

I dont know where you are in the world since you didnt finish filling out your profile. But they are out there.

www.Autotempest.com is a great resource

Just how many of these things can you live without? IMO, it would be nice to get exactly what you want but I also feel that the more of these you have, the more that can go wrong, so make sure to allow for the extended warranty that I know you are already thinking about. The first year of a new model is usually rife with problems anyway. If you are going to spend that much money, hold out for what you want.

Next on the 2021 GMC Yukon Denali optional package list is the Denali Premium Package, which includes the following content:

  • Advanced Technology Package
    • Adaptive Cruise Control
    • Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking
    • Rear Camera Mirror
    • Rear Camera Mirror Washer
    • Advanced Security Package content:
      • Self-powered horn
      • Interior movement sensors
      • Vehicle inclination sensors
      • Glass break sensors in rear quarter glass and liftgate window
      • Door and liftgate lock shields
  • Panoramic power sunroof
  • Power-retractable assist steps with perimeter lighting
  • 22-inch bright machined aluminum wheels with premium paint (RPU)
  • Wheel locks

I can def live with out adaptive cruise, I have it now and I hate it lol. I'd have liked the camera mirror, but I can do without. I don't think I'd miss the security package. And the one I found has the sunroof and wheels. Just not the retractable steps. It would be nice to get what I want but I also am currently driving my husbands truck right now and I am not a fan lol. I worry about how long it will be before they start making diesels again and that is one thing I will not do with out.

Lol this is the ONLY denali with a diesel engine that came up in 1000 miles of missouri, using auto tempest, which basically covers the entire country. And I refuse to pay that price. I have looked on GMs site, CarGuru, the gmsupplierdiscount.com site, truecar. There are only like 30 in the whole country, and not a single one has the premium package according to GMs site. I driven enough that the diesel is a must have and I worry that they may not bring them back for the yukons. Or if they do it will not be for a year or so.

Is it marked up? That would be my bigger concern.
