I blew my Taramps 30k. Sold all my 15s. Sold all my boxes.

Went with 8 Sundown U 12s on 4 Taramps MD 8ks @ 0.5 ea this time around

yep, it is suspended in air

there's enough force from the subwoofers displacing air, that it can hold small (light) objects up

just did the math and I have about $10k into the sound system of this vehicle lol.

strongly considering selling it all, going to something smaller, and then doing more truck type stuff. 3" leveling kit, new rims and tires, get my HD hood painted, etc

tomorrow is the truck's first and last show with the 8 12s

new pieces of the puzzle are already arriving

truck went to a little meetup, and was quite the show stopper

I don't think a lot of people have seen a loud no wall vehicle (myself included)

I really wish I had taken more videos on my phone, but I was really pushing the system and was expecting to blow something up for sure

had to focus too much on making sure everything was working normally lol

I started parting out the system, but maaaan Sunday was so much fun. I'm torn.

to get where I wanna be with it, I'd be looking at another $4k+ to take it to the next level.

so while I decide on that... figured I'd get some other stuff done

dropped the hood off today to be painted

also got my new rims

it felt like being a little kid on Christmas again.

going from:

275/70/r16
+0mm offset
8" rim
31.2" tire
10.8" wide


to

285/70/r17
-12mm offset
9" rim
32.7" tire
11.2" wide

still BFG KO2s as always. the only tire I've ever ran.

hoping to not need to trim anything, due to having the offroad bumper

but if we gotta get out the sawzall, we gotta do what we gotta do
