The Ppv/ssv units are not wired for a center console. In mine I just powered up the 12 volt outlets using a fused battery feed
There is a pig tail that is left there at the factory. It is for the power to the center console. You have to fish it out from underneath the flooring, which is easy. It's located around where the roll over sensor is on the floor board, directly underneath the center console. Just fish around, you'll find it.

So will this harness let us PPV/SSV owners add the Bose subwoofer?

Well I am actually looking into it. I did get a Nav-Radio, it's being re-programmed. I needed a wiring harness to install it (I needed: #6603 on http://www.oemradios.com/parts.php)
That part/harness has the connectors that would let you plug in the harness that is in the center console. (it claims). The harness in my center console was cut, but it has the/an amplifier underneath it (that I kept) and the rear audio controls.

Once I have the radio working, I probably will buy the harness that goes into the center console, and try and see if I can get it to work. I am pretty sure it won't work with the basic radio, it might work with the nav-radio I have (it has a bunch more connectors in the back.

The harness I mentioned above, I think, is the one in the center console, but I'd have to further look into it to make sure.

Unfortunately, no. It's only for the center console. Depending how the vehicle was configured when it left the factory there may be another pig tail somewhere down there.

I noodled around for that harness TWICE and came up empty-handed. I'm guessing it was rolled up with the upfitter's harness when they retired the truck, so it's a batch of cut wires up behind the radio now.

When my center console comes in next week I’ll try to look for the wire. What color is it supposed to be?
