Which problems should we tackle first?

Brake pedal going to the floor is most likely air in the lines, easy fix...bleed the lines. Which brake locks up? The leak is a bad seal I bet, could be letting air into the lines.

The door sag can most liekly be fixed with new hinge bushings.

The check engine light....what code(s)

All the electrical issues, have you checked fuses of the problem areas that do not work?

I am just trying to put a dent in to this for you. The HVAC I am no expert on.

problem is.. here in los angeles.. unless you have a house and a driveway you have to "find" places to park cars..

so its at my buddies house the only thing i have done to it so far is remove the interior to scrub the dirt/grease and pot smell out of it..

going in a few minutes to take a look at it.. and most likely going to go to chevy and see how much a whole new turn signal switch is..

Welcome!

Where in 310 are you?

Brakes, fix the leaking fluid reservoir and then bleed all the lines.

Brakes lights, make sure you check all the grounds and clean them up.

Door sag, new bolt and bushing kit.

Engine light, have codes checked.

Hot air, is ithe engine getting up to operating temperature?

If one wheel is locking up and its on the rear its probably the wheel cylinder and is leaking brake fluid on the brakes(would also explain the pedal going to floor)....or if its locking up in the front then replace the caliper and hose on the side thats locking up-

headlights staying on---daytime running lights?

brake lights not lighting up---fuse?-brake switch?-bulb?

No heat--not enough antifreeze, bad coolant shut off valve inline with heater hose, stopped up heater core, or the heater control unit bad

Haven't gone in a while but it is rare when they do have a Tahoe or 'Burban. I will scope it out for you tomorrow though.

welcome home.

1) pull DRL fuse, look up page 6-63 in manaul.
2, 3) possible short, take them out and look around for a mess in the wiring
4) they all do that, you can actually control hot or cold by moving the switch
5) AC and heater recharge
6) dont really know what that means
7)take it to a mechanic and check codes
8) most probably a short or bad alternator, mechanic can tell you
9) tighten up bolt for brake pedal, or shorten brake line
10) anti lock brakes - they lock up for safety to AVOID skidding (yes, weird)
11) check hoses/ master cylinder to find leak and fix

Sweet!!! Welcome to the site. I'll throw my hat in the ring too. :headbang:
1 - Search the tech section on this forum for the writeup on *********** your "DRL." This is a safety feature most of us have disabled.
2 - Brake switch at the top of the pedal, super easy to swap out.
3 - Same as 2
4 - Go on eBay Motors, and get a new climate control switch. It's easy to replace. The outer fascia around the dash pops off, and then the switch mechanism virtually falls out. Good time to upgrade the stereo, too, if you have deep pockets.
5 - If it takes less than 10 minutes, you're fine. If not, check your fan clutch.
6 - New pin kit. Super easy, just takes some effort. There's also a write up, I believe.
7 - Since you've inherited someone else's problem, go buy a $60 code scanner from the parts house. The terminal is near the steering column, just under the dash. It's nice being able to hook up and read codes whenever you need, instead of taking it to autozone for them to do it. Repost in a new thread with your findings, and we'll take it from there.
8 - Disconnect the positive battery cable, and put an multimeter between the cable and the post. If you are drawing more than half an amp, you have a short circuit somewhere. Good luck with that. If you aren't drawing current, then you just need a new battery. You can also go to your nearest Schuck's/O'Reilly's, and have them do a free diagnostic of the full electrical system from the alternator to the battery. Their handy little gadget gives you good info.
9-11 - Drain all the brake fluid out through the front/rear wheel bleeders. Replace the reservoir, refill the system with good, clean, fresh, tasty brake fluid. Then repost on your brake problems and we'll take it from there.

Again, welcome!!!
