Rub much? I'm adding 5100s to my TGC 2.5 soon. Goal was to get back some of the level I lost by putting a 1" in the back and make more room for 295/60s.

It will be underneath, the adjustment is below the spring seat so the coil stays at the same height. I'm only going up 1 notch also, so not too much.No rubbing at all, that's why I went with the 275's. They're almost a 34" tire but without the width. Doesn't stick very far outside the fenders - and sling mud, rocks, etc down the side of your vehicle. I don't know that I would go with longer shocks...the more you expand the coil springs the stiffer your ride will be. I did that with Toyota I had and it was the worst decision. My advise would be to add more lift on top or underneath the coil spring and add extended a-arms to allow more travel for everything. It took me several years of vehicles and lift kits to realize a-arms are the best thing for leveling kits. Also helps with alignment and ball joint wear. That's what I would do vs new shocks!

I'm not due for tires for a while but I'd like to get something 34x12-ish. I like my 305s but they're a little short for me and while I don't blame you for the 275s, I like the width.
