@Fosscore , looking good! Also, what does the fleece all lights on module do? I've heard of it. Any idea what the price runs on that?
@Bigbeardenali1992

What @05Single said. Here are links to the manufacturer's page, my write up and the TYF write up. Easiest $20 mod.

gorgeous truck man! I just bought an 06 LT 2wd and you gave me a lot of ideas, just curious, how much do you think you have into this truck since you bought it?
@BealT1

Thx sir. Funny that you ask. I have a 3 ring binder of every mod and service record done to the truck including the original dealership window sticker. Just haven't made the expense spreadsheet yet. Kind of scared to see the results, but maybe I'll see if I can get around to that. Let's just say it is a few dollars....more than some, but less than most. lol

Those wheels need the TBSS centercaps instead of the chrome ones. Other than that, I dig it.
@BADRIDES

The chrome ones came with the wheels. I did a search for the TBSS center caps, but not sure about the ones that you speak of? You have a pic or link so that I can see what you are referring to?

I kind of like the chrome center caps as it ties in the Esky roof rack as that is the only chrome on the entire truck other than the reflectors in the headlights.

Also matches chrome lug nuts. I think he was thinking like a machine face to match your spokes.

Been awhile since brakes, any noise or uneven wear? Trying to decide powerstop or OEM, current hawks squeak w summit rotors.

@Slammedchevy01

Brakes are quiet. No squealing, scraping or grinding. Limited dust.

I just had that front brake line issue back in June causing the rotor to lock up, but no issues since both front lines were changed out.

Wish I had upgraded to 07+, but the Powerstops do what they need to do. You won't stop on a dime, but that is a well noted Chevy thing.

I am happy with the change out at this point and I'm still only at 75100 miles so they should have a lot of life left on them at this point.

I may have to steal your 3 page binder idea for receipts and records! You just use the plastic page inserts?

Thx man. 10 year old and 8 year old here. Already went overboard, so had to slow it down a bit. lol Small things now as I already did the big stuff.

I have a big 3 ring binder, then divided it up into Service and Modifications with labelled tabs to separate the two sections. Everything is in chronological order from oldest date to newest date. I was able to track down all the old service records from the dealer that serviced the truck before I bought it as well.

I put all invoices, receipts and records in the heavy duty page protectors so two records could be easily viewed. As mentioned, I'm working on an expense spreadsheet just to see for myself (not including miscellaneous consumables, like spray paint, waxes and cleaners etc....) I do have all the invoices for paint ordered from automotivetouchup.com just because it was a couple hundred dollars over time.

Bit OCD, but I do the same thing at work for records, accounting and reporting as well. :)

This is awesome, just ordered 4 binders, acid free page protectors and tab dividers. Figure may as well do for cars, house and kids records. Hate the paper folders we have currently.

Finally had the time to drop off my HD hood and Esky appliques back at the painters for some warranty work.

So I'll be rocking the Florida winter look for the time being. Too bad there isn't really anything to show off under the hood except a clean engine compartment. Still made people look driving it back home from the paint shop. :)
