What is this latch called on bucket seat?

My friends Suburban has two broken latches on the back of the second row seating that holds the...smooth panels? up for when you lay all the seats down. Not really sure what you call those panels, but whatever.

Anyone have any idea what they are called and where I could possibly get some from? Thanks.

I'm not sure what they are called either, but I do know I do need one for my rear seats also... So I'll subscribe to the thread also..

I got one today from gm it just says latch part #12477396 ten bucks
