Made a little change to my wife's burban... added a 2011 Escalade rear bumper and hitch cover, as well as the escalade bumper pad with the chrome strip. Looks pretty good, definetly a difference.

I couldn't tell the difference between bumpers until we put them next to each other, and then you can really see it. I never realized it...

Anyhow, here are the pics:

The chrome strip along the back is the main difference I think....

The step pad is different. Other tahoe has a one piece step pad. Newer one has a top unpainted black step pad and then a secondary chrome strip that's a second piece that uses tabs to clip in. Also the trailer hitch cover is a different/bigger piece that is attached to the rear bumper cover.
