Got a P0011 code on the highway after a downshift. 2008 Denali w/ 6.2L. Is this related? Cleared with scantool and havent had codes pop again, but I feel like the truck has surges of loss power under regular accel.

At idle do you have low oil pressure reading on your gauge?

I had a 2003 1500HD Crew Cab with the 6.0 Liter engine. I used to get the Reduced Engine Power all the time. Usually happened on the highway when there was a truck behind me going 70. I found the forum below and started doing the "jiggle wire test" and mine died instantly. Ripped back the black wire loom and unplugged the connector and it had a broken wire (white I believe), never had the issue again. The wire coating was still in tact but the inside wire was broken. On my 2003, it was:

Worth checking out.
