Hey guys,

I'm raising my burb back up since the ride on my lowering springs is way too rough...

Question...are Escalade springs the same as the Burbs OEM springs? Ride height etc?

I installed the Escalade springs and it seems jacked up in the rear...

Thanks

They all use the same lowering kit, so I'm almost positive they're the same OEM spring.

I think that though they may like the look identically same......they are different because they may be tuned for auroride

Maybe be a silly thought but have you given them time to settle?

I agree with derek. It should take a couple days to settle right if not then thats why it looks a lil higher

The springs are different in the rear between the autoride and non-autoride models. They are also different if you have a Z71 model, as well as a Police model.

Hmmmm...

If they were made for an autoride system, wouldn't they be softer? (lower ride)

Can someone tell me the measured height of a stock set?...I'm getting 38-1/4" from ground to wheel well...

35" - front
38-1/4" - rear

Long story short - I was removing the 2/3 lowering springs, I couldn't seperate the front strut/spring (spun the shaft in the strut) So I bought a complete set (used) from the wreckers...

Seems very high...feels like I'm sliding into the dash when driving...

Thanks guys!

So it is the front springs? The way you said it made it sound like you replaced the rear springs.
