Sound coming from Right Rear

I have a sound coming from the right rear of my truck, it can be heard with windows down around 15mph or lower. It's hard to explain the sound but just looking for some tips on what to look for.

You'll have to give more info than "a sound." Grinding, whining, thumping, squeak, rattle, etc. is it metallic? In a straight line, turning, both?

It's a whirling sound when driving on a straight line

Probably bearings. If you turn the wheel from side to side while driving, does the noise change?

You open up the differential for a gear swap, limited slip swap or anything else?

I don't think it's a serious as the diff, You can here the sound more over bumps.

I have a similar problem, mine sounds like a squeak, except I have sprayed silicone spray and WD-40 on upper and lower shock mounts, springs, and rear sway bar with no luck at silencing it.
