Snowplow Frame Repair

I have a 95 Tahoe with a Fisher plow. The drivers side mount at the frame horn just let go , rusted out. Any ideas on a fix. It's an off road plow so it doesn't need to be pretty.

No ideas here other than take it out back and shoot it. LOL

That kind of rust makes me cringe.....I feel for you
