Rear end rattling noise when pressing on bumper

If I press on the rear bumper and try to make it go up and down there is pretty loud rattling metallic noise like something is loose. I changed the sway bar bushings, end links, did the brakes, etc. and it's still there. If I go over a big bump in the road I can hear it again...

I'm wondering if its those air shocks? Any Ideas?

Are there vehicle details to share? If you can easily make the noise sitting still and pressing on bumper, use a mechanic's stethoscope and get a beefy friend to "get jiggy" with the rear bumper.

Is the noise FROM the bumper, or just underneath when jumping the truck up and down?

Could be a bad shock, loose spare tire (or missing?), bent/missing exhaust hanger possibly depending on the sound of the noise

It was indeed a bad driver side shock making all that racket lol
