Gotta replace my ****** tires. Please post some pics your rigs that have 265/75R16 (or 285s) tires with stock suspension.

I'm thinking about Goodyear DuraTrac or BFG All Terrain T/A KO2. (If anyone has these defiantly post a pic please) Thanks!!

First picture is the stock wheels with 285s, no crank. Second picture are 265s on 17x8 wheels with 4.5" Back spacing. Third picture 17x9 wheels with 4.5" BS on 35x12.5. Slight crank.

I've been eyeing some 2015 avalanche take off rims at 265/65r18 the rims are 8.5w. Are the newer 6x5.5 wheels offsets different to accommodate the difference.in width?

Would oe wheels for newer Sierras/Tahoes/yukons/Silverados still fit our configuration?

This is mine with 305/70/R16s which are basically a wider but same height 285. Front end is leveled out just a little.

Thank you. When I bought the truck it had the standard z71 wheels on it which I liked, but wanted to go back to the factory rims. Took a little searching but finally found some for the right price. I actually think my truck has a little bit of lift, or heavier duty springs in the rear as it seems to sit higher than other tahoes, and the 285 does not fill the wheel well like others I've seen.

Not sure really. Stockers from our trucks are what 7" wide?

Yea, now if the rims are an inch and 1/2 wider with the original offset, it would fill the well nicely.
