A Few days ago my 07 Yukon Denali was throwing the following codes PO171 & PO174 "System Too Lean Bank 1 & Bank 2" I pulled off the engine cover to check the vacuum lines. (Standing in front of the car) there is a small tube that connects to some sort of long box over the left side of the cylinders. It was cracked right in half. It is a hard plastic tube and had a clean break. I used some JB weld to put It back together until I can order a new one. I also cleaned the MAF sensor while I was at it. I put it all back together and no more check engine light so I think I fixed the problem.

Can someone please identify this tube does and tell me what it does so that I can go by the dealer and order a new one. See attached pics.

Thanks for your help!

Update: the pic of the tube is after I JB welded it back together. It was cracked right in half.

I'm not 100% sure but it looks similar to one of the parts I replaced when I upgraded my air intake. The Airaid instructions call it a "factory breather hose".

Not sure if this will help. PIC

Man, that looks a lot like it. Do you know what it's function is?
