Lift spindles with stock front end??

Just like the title says I have an 06 suburban ltz AWD and I'm lifting the front with keys but wanted to know if I could buy some 2" or 3" spindles and use all my stock front components or if stuff needs to be changed can anyone give me a list of what needs to be changed please and where to get the items??

Spindle lifts only apply to 2wd. You would need a full lift kit. check out 4wheelparts.com.
