Inherited 99 Suburban

I just inherited my Dad's 99 suburban. It is in great shape for being 25 years old. I am planing on fixing it up and have a few questions. First jobs are a new radiator and then recovering the drivers seat bottom and fixing the heated seat.

I am going to recover the front seat bottom I see leather covers are available from at least 2 different companies. The heated seat does not work. I think the lower element is bad. Is 12475772 the correct part for the bottom element? I know its disconnected. Is there an aftermarket option?

If you want high quality OE-style covers try The Seat Shop https://www.theseatshop.com/. They also have new Durofoam cushions, but I don't know about seat heater availability. They're not exactly cheap, and there are other alternatives elsewhere, but they are great quality and their videos are very helpful.
