Wtf?

Trimmed stops, notched cross-member, and cut 1/2 a coil out of (drivers) high side only. That side came down only 1/8" and un-cut side down 3/16". I can cut more, but not exactly what I expected. Opposite side might lower some too, but not more?

Solid axle
springs close to eachother

this is why i cut from higher side when i do them. Another option you have is putting isolators in on higher side to keep up some

Made sense that opposite side may come down bit too, but not more than cut side. That's illogical. And when you say re-add isolators, I hope you meant to lower side. If not, I'm worried...

6" spring.............. = driver : 32 13/16 ... pass : 32 8/16........ 5/16 diff

cut 1/2 coil
(driver only)......... = driver : 32 11/16 ... pass : 32 5/16......... 8/16 diff

add 2 isolators
(pass. only).......... = driver : 32 14/16 ... pass : 32 10/16........4/16 diff

Again, I need to get to 32" rear. Hoping to get level side/side, then match cuts. Shouldn't be this difficult.
I guess, cut more from driver side, just don't want to end up cutting too much for nothing.
I backed off hardware for upper/lower trailing arms also, and then loaded(jacked) drivers side and re-torqued = 1/16" only difference. Didn't expect much there, but running out of ideas.

Sorry been working like crazy. Isolators on pass side and cut more from drivers. You want it lower so will need to cut more. No more then 1.5 full loop if you cut to much spring will fall out because shocks are to long

Ok, but w/ me having cut high side and added isolators to low side, and haven't changed that 1/4 - 5/16" side/side diff. Is it ever gonna go away? Also now, if I center jack middle of rear diff. ; one side lifts off before other. Used to be same time. Could something up front be the cause?
