not hard at all just unbolt hole rear bumper and brackets
No cutting or relocating stuff needed. What I'm asking is I'm new at this stuff. Could I do It

what brand is that, looks like a weld on.
from what I've found sir michaels and grant kustoms are the only 2 steel pans that bow out like the rear of these trucks. A pickup pan is straight across and the doors/hatch will overhang.

pretty sure thats a weld on, at least his was.
