I have a 07 LTZ with about 130k on it and the air suspension compressor seems to have went out. I get the "service suspension system" DIC message and the compressor no longer comes on when I start up. I don't know if the shocks were leaking and caused the compressor to burn out or not but I figured it would be best to just replace the shocks when I do the compressor. I'm looking at the Arnott Compressor https://www.arnottindustries.com/part_CHEVROLET_yid11_pid171_gid669.html and the OEM remanufacoted shocks https://www.arnottindustries.com/part_CHEVROLET_yid11_pid171_gid672.html
If any of you have done this replacement how hard was it and did you need any special tools or run into any problems? Also is it ok to replace only the rear shocks without doing the front?
Thanks
