goodyear 275-60-20 will fit stock denali?

simple question

will fit stock denali rims ?

Goodyear Wrangler H/P Tires size 275/60/20


any issues?

I had that size in Terra Grapplers on LTZ 20's for a few days. It rubbed slightly without trimming the front inner fenderwell. Nothing severe, just messed with my OCD. Somewhere there are pics of Cooper Zeons on a black Denali, but the owner has the CCM level/lift on it. Looks good...TXDenali I think. In the lifted section.
