Any time.......that day is going to be a long hot day so pick a Saturday when we have 70 degree wether so the beer doesn't get hot fast.

Mine also become rusty in 1.5 year. Actually it is not so terrible, but I made it clean and covered with special paint(like a rubber) before started to build an engine.
