Broken clips, trying to repalce this part

I'm not sure what this part is called. I've searched on google on ebay for the numbers printed on it but no luck.

When the seats are folded down, this covers the floor. Any idea what it's called and if I can find the part online?

That's exactly what I'm looking for also. It is actually 2 parts that are screwed together, so I kinda only need half of it. But I will keep an eye on your thread also.
