2003 Tahoe 2nd row seat "load panel"?

The floor panel that is hinged behind my 60% 2nd row seat (I've seen it called a bunch of different things) broke off. I'd like to replace it. I can't find a lot of information on it online either, but maybe it's because I don't know what to actually call it.

Anyways, I *think* I found it... part number 88938045 but not sure. Does anyone have ANY idea what I am describing? :)

If that is the part number, wow is it really $200+ for a plastic trim piece?

Well I can't find the piece, not sure where I put it. But here's a picture of where it was and you can see the 40% side has it still. The plastic clips that snap in broke off while loading stuff in for a move.

At least you have the part number! It's not written on the part itself that I need to replace also. Hopefully we'll find it for a reasonable price. $200 is insane...
