Friend's truck, had engine put in and had this extra connector and I'm having trouble finding it's location. It can only reach sensor on intake or evap solenoid and i know it's not either of those

Doesn't reach that far. This connector doesn't exist on my 99 Denali either so I'm stumped

Only a 2 wire connector, not maf, and there would be a noticeable problem if maf was not plugged in...
It's also not the intake air, too short

Too short to reach there and those are both plugged in and operating normal. I do not see anything without a connector in that area. I was thinking it was just an extra connector for some option this truck isn't equipped with, just trying to make sure something isn't missing.
