Well, just ordered a street scene hitch cover. Escalade bumper was not happening anytime soon so.......

Had to cover that stupid hole.

Nice. I need to order mine also. Question tho: does it need to be painted? My understanding is the GM-Parts hitch close-out comes color matched but I was unsure if the Street Scene (which looks so much better IMO) needs paint?

street scene needs to be painted.

OEM closeout only matches 09+ colors. so if you have an 07 or 08, you will need to have it painted as well.

I think I paid $40 for mine. It'll take a little prep and a little paint, so I couldn't imagine it being more than $80.

Mine should be here Friday.

I will post pictures. I ordered mine from Amazon.

I will have to get it painted my 16U Greystone Metallic color, it sucks to have to......

But I like the "flush" look vs. the close out style.
