Dual Battery With PAC 200 Isolator Relay

i think the pac 200 is just a 200 amp relay and not an isolator. two different things. An isolator is used to isolate multiple batteries from each other with diodes. It keeps the batteries from transfering current between the batteries which will shorten their lifespan but lets them transfer...

    Axxess GMOS-04

Just installed 2 z130's using the gmos-4's last week. I ran into a similar problem and solved it by removing the HU from the dash mount BUT leave it hooked up. Turn on the key and let the radio power up. Next remove one plug from the gmos and plug it back in with the power on. If it doesnt get...

tire pressure monitors...anyway to turn them off?

If you know someone with a GM tech 2 tool you can remove just about anything you want to out of the BCM. The BCM should be where most of the RPO codes are stored. Basically you pull the RPO codes out of your BCM with the tech 2. DO some research and find out which code or codes are for TPMS...

    How thick...OEM VS Beltech

The diff is the factory is a hollow bar and the BT is solid 1" bar. One of the best things I put on my truck was the BT rear bar.

5/5 Drop while KEEPING stock Autoride

Tony is right about the autoride shocks. I went spindles/keys and TB springs and hardware kit in the rear and it rode like shit. No matter what i did the rear autoride shocks held the rear of the truck up. I broke down and got 4 Belltech SP shocks from Tony. Rides 100% better and it brought the...

    HD Hood question

Make sure it is a CAPA certified panel. Got mine for under $200 shipped on Fleebay brand new or you can use GMpartsgiant.com and get a GM hood for $244 plus shipping. Shipping from them is not bad at all.

    for you cable needs

Yeah and thats your opinion and you are entitled to it. BUT just because you say it we have to obey it? Where is the proof? I ran welding cable for my last competition system and it has higher strand count and is just as flexible as any wire size over 2ga can be. I also had less voltage drop on...

    Autoride bypass

I know of 2 ways. You can use the resistor method or you can remove the RPO codes from the BCM and the truck will never know it had autoride. This can be reversed in the future. If you want to do the resistor's let me know cause i have them with leads attached. I am getting ready to do the RPO...

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Yep thats why it is cheap. If it had calipers it would be 2g's or more. Stock calipers are fine. You do have to replace the pads! You should see them behind the wheel they look tuff.

First hand experience with lowering Sub and Yukon XL

Tony Bro stop wasting your time. You and I and everybody else that is running the TB spring know whats up. You are too good of a guy. You took care of me and went above and beyond what a retailer would do. If someone on this site isnt smart enough to know you should not remove your panhard bar...

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

What I did! Well today when I got off work at 7am I decided to put on my big brake kit and new rims. Got everything on and bedded my brakes. Then on the way home a friggin garbage truck hit a bump on the highway and spewed rocks and glass and beer bottles on the road. So I got rocks bouncing...

    Spectre 9900 intake

Here is a thought for the heat soak. The tube is polished correct? Any metal that is polished will absorb/hold the heat worse than one that isn't polished. If it is that bad get it powdercoated or paint it to help reflect the heat. Try a dark color. I had an 02 cbr954rr with a matte black frame...

First hand experience with lowering Sub and Yukon XL

Hey guys Tony is not BSing about the TB springs. I roll an 06 denali and switched out my McG rear springs for the TB springs because the ride was horrible. I used the rear DJM hardware kit, and I have run the springs with and without the helper bags in the springs. It doesnt change the ride...

    Another tire size/drop ????

It is 30 I think. I have been using the calculator on the rimsntires.com website and with 30mm plugged in for bs on a 24x10 rim with a 285/35/24 shows no problems at all. Plus the McG spindles decreased my turning radius. Would it be safe to say that will also help the tires to not rub when...

Just got off the phone with my buddy who is a dealer that is getting me the hookup with the rims and his distributor is saying they don't have them in stock!! It figures, I'm finally ready to pull the trigger on some rims and I get shot down!!!

    Another tire size/drop ????

I think the rims I want only come 24x10. I really wanted to stay away from 30 series tires rollin on these lovely Ohio roads! Where do you think the 35 would rub on the front and rear? Possibly in locations a heat gun could cure the rub? I wouldn't be opposed to some minor plastic trimming...
