How hard is it to remove and install a motor in a 93 suburban? My truck transmission is shot and I found another truck for 500 with a blown motor so was going to swap Motors and scrap the truck.

I have a 93 suburban 4wd. Well I got another transmission from the junk yard and it's the wrong one. It's a 2wd and I need a 4wd.Well I have to return it Monday. But I took a video of the transmission problem I'm having in hopes someone can help me fix it because the transmission I need cost...
Previous owner screwed me over and lied about the transmission being rebuilt. So now I have to put a used one in.
How hard is it to remove and install a 93 suburban transmission on the ground? I've done vw transmission but not a big truck one before. Can anyone give me any advice or tips...
Yeah with it running or not the fluid doesn't go down or move. Wish I had his number or address because I would take it back and shave it up his a**

The shift handle feels normal but it doesn't engage any gear in the transmission. I noticed the I had a exhaust leak when I brought it but it's been reported. But I was looking under the left side and saw the plastic loom was melted but the wires look ok.

No the emergency brake is fine just the light came on and won't go off when I was raving the motor. It was never applied. But the transmission won't engage into drive to move.

I have a 93 suburban and I heard something pop now the truck won't move and the emergency brake light is on. I can put it in reverse and drive and each gear but nothing. It's like the transmission won't engage.

Replacing my ac compressor on the 93 suburban and I noticed it's a sensor on the back of the compressor. Does it pop out or is it a lock ring in sensor?

Damn truck broke down. Had to get it towed. Replaced the fuel pump and no start. Then filter wouldn't come off ended up stripping the nuts off the filter then just cut the line and put a fuel line in. Still no start. Hour later after I'm reading through the forum to figure it out wife hops in...
Replaced TPS sensor and MAP sensor. Also replaced the air filter. And truck still idles high. Tomorrow I'm going to spray the throttle body gasket for leaks and maybe get a idle valve. and replace the air conditioner.

Yeah might be. But it's a pretty hard bang might the transmission is coming through the floor bang. But I pulled codes and one is a map sensor code. So I'm going to replace the map and tps Friday to see if it will fix it.

Have a 93 suburban and the transmission is banging in 1st and 2nd gear. When it's warmed up through driving its less harsh. The guy I brought it from said the transmission was rebuild a year ago. Checked the fluid and its clean. Anyone have any suggestions on what to do to source it.
